Customer Reviews

Being originally from the east coast I know Italian food real well. This was such a lovely surprise. Was staying in Hot Springs for Labor day and had a craving for Italian. Found this place online and decided to check it out. Right from the start they bring you hot bread covered in garlic and butter. The waitress was from Italy and that said it all for me. Of all the places to land coming from Italy I knew the food was going to be great. I ordered the Veal Marsala and it was amazing!

Wow! What an amazing meal! I had the mamas trio, which was fabulous. Let me tell you about the garlic bread and goat cheese bruschetta, it was so delicious I almost couldn't stop eating it. It's a must try, You won't be disappointed.

We came between lunch and dinner so we were the only group in the restaurant. The service was wonderful and they were kind enough to brew us a fresh pot of coffee! The garlic bread/rolls with marinara on the side were HEAVENLY. Super buttery and garlicky. Spaghetti and meatballs, pasta sampler, and chicken murphy were delicious and fair portions for the price. Everything was fresh and well seasoned.

Excellent is the word that comes to mind. Came with my wife and three kids and instantly felt as though we belonged. Everyone was kind and welcoming. All that being said, the food was phenomenal with very large portions. Unfortunately, we do not live in Hot Springs, let alone Arkansas. We will definitely be back next time we are in town. Maybe next time we'll come back with a bigger appetite!

My Friend and I were cold and Hunrgy and Mama's kitchen fed us well. Eric, our server, was friendly and jolly and created a loving atmosphere for us to enjoy. "Good Grief!" I exclaimed loudly when I saw how large and extravagant the portion sizes were in proportion to my timid and rumbling stomach. And oh! The garlic bread was to die for. My friend, whose Birthday was just yesterday, didn't finish her meal and of course I scolded her for it. She filled up too quickly on the tasty and plentiful garlic bread. Seems as though it would be a common experience, for Mama knows her way around a piece of bread! Would highly recommend to any passersby or Good Samaritans in the Hot Springs area. We would come back time and time again but we must skip town tomorrow due to pressure from our community. Let Mama take you in and treat you as her own and your stomachs will be greatly pleased. -Terry!
